ParTech Inc. (PAR) announced that Bibibop Asian Grill has completed deployment of the PAR Brink point of sale (POS) software and PAR EverServ 7200 terminal with 12-inch customer-facing display for its restaurants. Bibibop is a fast-casual Asian fusion chain with nine locations in Ohio that lets customers build their own customized bowls, salads, and rolls.

For its build-your-own concept, Bibibop required a POS solution with flexible order entry options that would be both fast and easy to maintain. The ability to deploy an online and mobile ordering module that is built into the POS was critical to optimizing the efficiency of their operations. The chain was also looking for a cloud-based solution for real-time access to its data from anywhere with Internet access for greater visibility into their operations. The cloud automatically updates all terminals and online ordering databases to ensure the most current menu items are being offered and enables scheduled reporting and distribution to its management team. Bibibop plans to deploy the fully integrated Brink POS Loyalty module in the near future to further enhance their customer’s dining experience.
