This holiday season, Billy Sims BBQ is putting its own spin on the loaded turkey sandwich. The restaurant is debuting a new holiday sandwich that features fresh smoked turkey topped with savory cornbread dressing and Billy Sims BBQ’s signature cranberry-cue sauce. It’s available through December 31.
Back by popular demand, Billy Sims BBQ will once again offer smoked turkeys and spiral cut hams to make Thanksgiving menu planning easier. Holiday hams are 7-8 lbs. and serve eight to 10 people, while the smoked turkeys are 12-14 lbs. and serve 10-12 people. Add some Billy Sims sides to complete the catering order.
