Billy Sims Barbecue slow-smoked turkey and ham can be prepared either hot and ready-to-serve or refrigerated for serving at a future date, making holiday meal-planning a breeze.
The 12- to 14-pound smoked turkey serves 10—12 people and the 7- to-8-pound spiral-cut smoked ham serves 8—10 people. Both items retail for $59.99, and the restaurants ask for a 48-hour notice prior to pick up.
