Biscuitville is serving up its newest Fresh Southern menu items, available at all North Carolina and South Carolina Biscuitville locations as of Oct. 1. Guests are invited to enjoy meatloaf served two ways, Scratch-Made Hashbrown Casserole and elevated pastry and beverage options.

“At Biscuitville, our culinary team is always looking for ways to develop fresh takes on familiar favorites,” said Jim McCurley, Chief Culinary Officer at Biscuitville. “We’re excited to bring our guests more of our new-south style of cooking and continue to push the envelope of what’s possible in the Quick-Service Restaurant industry.”

Biscuitville is proud to continue its tradition of partnering with locally sourced and/or family owned suppliers. Its meatloaf, featured in two new menu items, is crafted by Maid-Rite Steak Company, a family-owned business that has been in operation for more than 60 years. The meatloaf also features Biscuitville’s signature Cackalacky sauce, sourced from Pittsboro, N.C.

This fall’s menu innovations were first tested in Biscuitville’s Virginia market last winter. The strong positive response they received meansthe North Carolina and South Carolina locations now have a chance to try these tasty new items:.

– Loaded Meatloaf Biscuit, featuring meatloaf, Cackalacky, egg and cheese – Meatloaf Platter, featuring biscuit, gravy, shredded cheese, Scratch-Made Hashbrown Casserole, fried eggs, meatloaf and Cackalacky

– Scratch-Made Hashbrown Casserole

– Dressed Caramel Iced Latte, featuring whipped cream and caramel drizzle. Also available in Vanilla.

– Apple Blossom pastry
