Biscuitville Fresh Southern has announced promotions and expanded roles for two company leaders. As of Jan. 1, Chief Culinary Officer Jim McCurley became Chief Restaurant Excellence Officer, and Chief Information Officer Jeff Archer added Project Management Office leadership to his duties.
“Having the right leaders in place to develop the best tools, projects and infrastructure means Biscuitville will continue to be able to grow and create an experience that delights our guests,” says President and CEO Kathie Niven. “I want to thank Jim McCurley and Jeff Archer for their willingness to provide strategic leadership that will position us well for the future.”
For McCurley, who joined Biscuitville in 2019 as vice president of Culinary Operations, the new title reflects his expanded connection with Biscuitville’s Operations teams that align culinary innovations with training, restaurant operating strategy and specialized requirements related to opening new locations.
Archer’s focus on Biscuitville’s Project Management program is designed to create a structure for large projects and to streamline processes and minimize potential issues. He joined Biscuitville in 2022 as CIO and continues to oversee the Information Technology team that designs and delivers technology solutions for the growing Biscuitville organization.
