    Biscuitville Appoints Craig Hanson VP of Operations

    Hanson comes to Biscuitville with more than 15 years of experience with medium and large sized quick service and fast casual brands.

    Craig Hanson has been named vice president of Operations at Biscuitville Fresh Southern, a local family-owned restaurant widely known for its authentic, Southern cooking, that’s fresh, scratch-made and uses locally sourced ingredients.

    Hanson comes to Biscuitville with more than 15 years of experience with medium and large sized quick service and fast casual brands. His experience expands to brands that include MOD Pizza, Dunkin Brands, YUM Brands, Pizza Hut, and Papa John’s to name a few. What has made him so successful in helping to steer the operational aspect of these brands is his belief that success ultimately comes from its people and culture. 

    Earlier in his career, Hanson worked with several other restaurants and franchise groups, including NPC International (National Pizza Company), Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Taco Bell.

    A native of Los Angeles, Hanson attended Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he studied business administration and computer science.

    “Craig is a veteran of restaurant operations and senior management, having worked at some of the leading food service brands in America,” Biscuitville President Kathie Niven says. “He will take on a lead role in the continuing evolution of Biscuitville’ s restaurants, including working closely with our leadership team as we enter the Fayetteville market this summer. I’m thrilled that Craig has joined the Biscuitville team and look forward to working with him.”
