Biscuitville Fresh Southern Virginia guests will be the first to enjoy Chorizo, the company’s latest menu innovation.
The success of Chorizo testing in Virginia this spring will determine whether it will be added to Biscuitville’s menu in all markets.
“At Biscuitville, we’re always looking for ways to bring bold, authentic flavors to our guests, and the new Chorizo is a perfect example,” said Jim McCurley, Chief Restaurant Excellence Officer. “This limited-time offering combines the rich, savory taste of chorizo with our signature scratch-made biscuits, delivering a delicious twist on a Southern classic.”
The chorizo patty used in these menu items was developed exclusively for Biscuitville in partnership with Cola Foods, a family-owned company. Biscuitville worked directly with Cola Foods’ product development team to create a chorizo blend that is unique to the brand.
Biscuitville’s Chorizo will be served four ways, each featuring a flavorful 4 oz. chorizo patty:
- Chorizo Biscuit
- Chorizo Fried Egg and Cheese Biscuit
- Chorizo Fried Egg, Cheese and a Hashbrown
- Chorizo Loaded Fries
Additionally, Biscuitville introduced several Limited Time Offers to its restaurants in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia on March 25, including Southern Punch, Cold Brew, Cherry Turnover, Chocolate Croissant and the return of the Triple Chocolate Cookie. North Carolina and South Carolina also introduced Nashville Hot Spicy Chicken to their Limited Time Offer spring lineup.
