BK Announces Earnings Conference Call

Burger King Holdings Inc. will hold its third-quarter earnings call for fiscal year 2007 on Friday, April 27, at 10 a.m. EST following the release of its third-quarter results before the stock market opens on the same day. During the call, CEO John Chidsey, Chief Financial Officer Ben Wells, and Senior Vice President of Investor Relations Amy Wagner will discuss the company’s third-quarter results.

This call is being webcast and may be accessed at Burger King’s web site at www.bk.com through the Investor Relations link.

The Webcast is also being distributed through the Thomson StreetEvents Network to both institutional and individual investors. Individual investors may listen to the call at www.fulldisclosure.com. Institutional investors may access the call via Thomson’s password-protected event management site at www.streetevents.com.
