Having recently surpassed the 200 restaurant mark and with a continued need for energetic and friendly staff, Burger King franchisee GPS Hospitality today announces job fairs on Monday, September 14 at their Ohio, Georgia, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New Jersey restaurants.

“We’ve grown from 42 to more than 200 restaurants in less than three years. Our goal is to reach 400 restaurants by 2018,” says Tom Garrett, CEO. “We’re not hiring just to hire. We’re thriving and expanding at an incredible rate, and we need high energy, guest-focused employees. Now is the time to join GPS Hospitality as we continue to nurture and develop leaders.”

With a goal of hiring 500 new employees, all of the group’s Burger King locations will welcome applicants from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Qualified applicants maybe hired on-the-spot, and no appointment is necessary. Managers will be on-site at every restaurant to meet with applicants.

The company is hiring both crew members and management. For those looking for their first job or an entry-level position, they offer quality training, an environment of camaraderie, flexible hours, and ample opportunities for growth. Management-level employees at GPS have opportunities to receive performance-driven monetary bonuses and use of a company Camaro, Jeep, or Mustang for a month.

“This job fair is an opportunity for both GPS Hospitality and potential employees. For applicants, they have the chance to meet one-on-one with managers who can set them on a path for their future in a fun environment with solid training,” says Mike Kovac, vice president of Operations. “For GPS, we can connect with key talent to grow our business and ensure high quality service and great food for our guests.”

By concentrating on its goal-focused, talent-oriented approach to franchise management, GPS Hospitality sustains growth by attracting and retaining the top talent in the quick-service food industry.
