BURGER KING restaurants nationwide are helping guests beat the heat and celebrate this holiday weekend with cool, new Strawberry Banana and Tropical Mango Real Fruit Smoothies or Sweet Mocha and Caramel Frappés!

This Saturday, May 26, Sunday, May 27, and Monday, May 28, participating BURGER KING restaurants will offer 12 ounce Strawberry Banana and Tropical Mango Real Fruit Smoothies or Mocha and Caramel Frappés for just $1 each, at participating restaurants.

“BURGER KING loves being able to share in our guests’ celebrations, and what better way to kick off the summer than with one of our great-tasting new BK Real Fruit Smoothies or indulgent Frappés for a fraction of the cost?” says Alex Macedo, senior vice president, North America marketing, Burger King Corp. “We hope our fans will dive right in and cool off with our new smoothies and frappés at the beach, pool, or wherever they are spending their holiday weekend!”

BK Real Fruit Smoothies are freshly made with low-fat yogurt, real fruit, and juices, blended together to create Tropical Mango and Strawberry Banana smoothies. Each smoothie provides a full serving of fruit.

Rich and smooth Frappés at BK are made to order and provide the perfect combination of sweet Mocha or Caramel flavors, blended with coffee and ice, topped with whipped topping and a swirl of fudge or caramel.

Typically served in 12, 16 and 20 ounce servings, the suggested retail price of a BK Real Fruit Smoothie or Frappé starts at $2.29. The $1 promotion will be available at participating BURGER KING restaurants.

What a great idea! I've wanted to try your Frappe for a while now but i was scared I wouldn't like it and I don't have any money to waste. Our Grands that live with us love Smoothies but we live on a fixed income and can't go out very often. This will be such a welcome treat for them. Thank You Judy Sightler

would like a coupon to try the smoothie

You don't need a coupon. :)

I enjoy Burger King. Good service, good prices & good food.

Burger King is the favorite

can we get any size we want?

Went to Burger King tonite here in Davenport, IA to try the $1 smoothie. Now, it was after 10pm, however the store listed the hours as open until 12 am. We pulled through the drive thru, requested our smoothies, only to be turned down! They replied that they were no longer making them! Now, I understand that if you close at midnight, then at 11:30, you may want to stop making these and clean up the machine, however this was 10:22pm! Will be getting ahold of the store manager to see if he/she cares. May write a letter to Mr. Macedo, Senior VP of Marketing to find out his opinion......

i've had the same thing happen but even earlier......6 pm and shakes "not available" or "we're cleaning the shake machine try agian tomorrow"

Where can I get a Frappe in BOCA?

Does anyone know if they serve the frappes during breakfast hours or only at lunch and dinner times?

It's only available during 10AM-approx. 10:30PM (if the BK closes at around 12am).

Yup, I was afraid to try it too because of the cost and what if I didnt like it? I dont have money to throw away like that but I cant tell you the carmel FRAPPE is YUMMY!!! DELISH!!! I didnt try the mocha. I did tried the strawberry banana and I didnt like it. It just wasnt sweet enough nor flavorful but do get the FRAPPE! They have something there. They did check with the the manager and she finaly charged us $2.00 for two smoothies and $4.58 for two frappies I tried to explain that the frappies were $1.00 each as well, the manager did not understand.
