DTT announced a partnership with Black Bear Diner Corporate as their approved loss prevention and video surveillance vendor. Following a successful evaluation of DTT’s managed services at their flagship location, a corporate-wide roll out has begun and will be completed within the next 2 months.

“I am really happy about this partnership with DTT. Currently, Black Bear Diner does not have a Loss Prevention department and we have come to rely on DTT’s expertise with technology to improve our store operations. The initial pilot really opened our eyes to what DTT can do to improve margins and profitability. These valuable services including the MyDTT portal, detailed SmartAudit reports, along with POS integration, provide us with actionable data that is a necessity. As our approved corporate vendor, we will absolutely recommend that all of our franchisees install the DTT system,” says Robert Simpson, director of operations for Black Bear Diner Corporate.

Tom Moran, EVP of sales and marketing for DTT, adds, “DTT is very pleased that Black Bear Diner has chosen DTT’s surveillance and loss prevention services package, designed specifically for their restaurants. Black Bear is a rapidly growing brand in the western United States and we are honored to be able to support this thriving company. We look forward to working in both corporate and franchise locations with a strong commitment to improving guest services and enhancing efficiencies, while protecting their employees and assets!”

This partnership reinforces DTT’s leadership position for various restaurant categories including QSR, TSR, Fast Casual, and the Pizza segments. DTT continues to gather significant market share throughout the hospitality industry.
