Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza announced it has signed a deal in Dallas with seasoned multi-unit franchisees Smit Shah and Prachee Patel.
From its inception in 2012, Blaze Pizza has built momentum and developed a cult-like following as it expanded from its California base to bring 300 restaurants into 42 states and five countries.
Husband and wife team Shah and Patel’s deal with Blaze Pizza includes the opening 10 Blaze Pizza locations throughout Tarrant and Denton counties in the next five years. The first location in their agreement will be in Denton County.
“We’ve been involved in the franchise industry for some time now, and being able to sign on with Blaze Pizza is a milestone in our career as multi-unit franchisees,” says Patel, co founder of Blazing Hospitality. “Blaze Pizza is a vibrant brand with strong marketing support and brand recognition, which makes it a great addition to our portfolio as we focus on diversifying.”
Shah and Patel’s franchise portfolio consists of multiple Tropical Smoothie Cafes, Bahama Buck’s, Subways and now Blaze Pizza. As part of Blazing Hospitality, Shah and Patel run the day to day operations along side a growing team of 125 employees throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In addition to owning multiple franchises, the couple also own and manage more than 80,000 square feet of mix-use retail space in the metroplex and own two liquor stores and three cellphone stores.
