Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza announced it has signed a multi-unit deal in Pennsylvania’s Dauphin County with seasoned franchise operator team Milan Dalsania, Sonak Patel, Dharmesh Patel and Rishabh Mandavia.
Under Saaya Pizza Inc., the operating team’s deal with Blaze Pizza includes opening three Blaze Pizza locations throughout the greater Harrisburg region. The first location in their agreement will be located in Dauphin County.
“We’ve had our eyes on Blaze Pizza since its inception, and we’re amazed by the brand’s rapid growth and push toward innovation,” says Dalsania, Blaze Pizza franchise owner and president of Saaya Pizza Inc. “Joining the company during its development phase is the perfect opportunity to diversify our own growing portfolio and reap the benefits of an iconic, sustainable concept.”
The team’s diverse franchise portfolio consists of 10+ franchise concepts in the restaurant and fitness industry. As part of Saaya Pizza Inc., Dalsania, Sonak and Dharmesh Patel and Mandavia will run the day-to-day operations while building a team of employees throughout the Harrisburg area.
“Our Harrisburg team has an impressive track record when it comes to operating franchise concepts,” says Carolyne Canady, president of franchise development for Blaze Pizza. “With their combined skillset and multi-ownership experience, we’re confident the Saaya Pizza Inc. group will seamlessly introduce Blaze Pizza to new communities throughout the Harrisburg region.”
A modern day “pizza joint,” Blaze Pizza is celebrated for serving up artisanal pizzas that are both fast and affordable. With fans lining up or ordering online each day for their custom-built pizzas, freshly made salads, house made lemonades and s’more pies, the innovative fast-casual concept has quickly become one of the hottest restaurant chains in the country.
Each restaurant features an interactive open-kitchen format that allows guests to customize one of the menu’s signature pizzas or create their own, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, “clean” ingredients—all for around $8. The generously sized personal pizzas are then sent to a blazing hot open-flame oven – the centerpiece of the restaurant – where dedicated pizzasmiths ensure the thin-crust pies are fast-fire’d and ready to eat in just 180 seconds.
The brand’s business model, made up of extensive site selection procedures, training programs and marketing support, is designed to attract individuals and operator teams with a strong business acumen, proven restaurant industry success and an interest in multi-unit franchising.
Blaze currently operates 300 restaurants in 42 states and five countries, including the major metropolitan areas of Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Miami, Boston and Toronto.
