Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza announced it has teamed up with (RED) for World AIDS Day on Saturday, December 1 to fight against HIV/AIDS. In support of the event, Blaze is offering a new Peppermint S’more Pie in each of its more than 300 restaurants and has committed $5,000 to support (RED)’s efforts to fight AIDS through the Global Fund, which can provide over 25,000 days of life-saving medication. The seasonal dessert is a twist on a fan favorite, the original s’more pie, featuring crushed peppermint atop a new dark chocolate graham cracker cookie.

“We believe in doing our part to create social change and are proud to partner with (RED) to generate greater impact,” says Kim Freer, director of Cultivating Fanatics at Blaze Pizza. “It’s the season of giving and we hope to empower our guests to contribute to the fight against AIDS.”

Guests can share their support by posting a picture of their s’more pie to social media using hashtag #endAIDS and tagging @BlazePizza to raise awareness around the AIDS fight.

Since 2012, Blaze Pizza has been serving artisanal pies that are both fast and affordable. Each restaurant features an interactive open kitchen format that allows guests to customize one of the menu’s generously sized personal signature pizzas or create your own, all for around $8. Every pizza features made-from-scratch dough crafted in house daily, all-natural meats and vegetables, and is finished in an open flame oven which cooks pizzas in three minutes. For guests with special dietary needs, Blaze offers gluten-free dough, vegan cheese, animal rennet free dairy, and tree-nut free pesto.  Each of these elements have assisted the brand with becoming the fastest growing restaurant brand in history.
