Bobby’s Burger Palace, the fast casual burger concept created by award winning chef, Bobby Flay, announced the completion of its first airport licensing deal. The company will partner with Atlanta-based Concessions International, LLC, to open a location on Concourse B at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the most traveled airport in the world, in early 2018.

“This is an exciting time for Bobby’s Burger Palace as we team up with Concessions International to bring our signature hamburgers to over a hundred million travelers who visit Hartsfield-Jackson each year. Our menu celebrates my love for food and travel, which makes the most traveled airport in the world an ideal location. We believe this licensing deal will be the first of many, as we have a significant opportunity to grow worldwide,” says Bobby Flay, founder and managing partner.

“We are very excited to be working with Bobby Flay to bring Bobby’s Burger Palace to Concourse B at Hartsfield-Jackson. Bobby’s passion for food and quality, and his focus on hospitality is ideal for the millions of people who travel through Atlanta each year,” says Donata Russell Ross, CEO of Concessions International, LLC.

Created to bring Bobby Flay’s unique dining experience to everyone, today the company operates 17 restaurants in the U.S., and plans to expand into new markets around the globe. The menu is comprised of a dozen made-to-order, high-quality, never-frozen signature burgers, hand-cut fries with outstanding sauces and toppings, as well as bold salads, spoon-bending milkshakes and refreshing drinks, all created from original Bobby Flay recipes.
