Bobrick Washroom Equipment, Inc. has acquired the commercial youth seating line (high chairs, boosters, and infant cradles) of Central Specialties, Ltd. (CSL), Crystal Lake, Illinois. Koala Kare Products (KKP) Centennial, Colorado, a Division of Bobrick, will be responsible for the sales, marketing, and distribution of the product line with its current offering in the foodservice and hospitality markets.

“CSL’s quality products will enhance KKP’s existing portfolio and expand customer categories with a variety of product designs, material selections and price points,” says Brendan Cherry, vice president and general manager of Koala. “CSL’s seating products will be integrated into KKP’s Childcare line, but will initially ship from Central’s Illinois facility prior to the full transition.”

“Koala’s acquisition of CSL’s youth seating line will strengthen their position as the leading provider of commercial childcare products,” says Jay Maher, CSL president.
