Both bring an impressive track record of experience and innovation, poised to further solidify Bodega’s position as a trendsetting powerhouse in the culinary and nightlife landscape.

Hernandez and Burch’s shared expertise and dynamic innovation promise a transformative chapter for the brand. Hernandez stands as a culinary visionary with more than two decades of creative expertise under her apron. Having held executive positions with globally-recognized companies such as Subway and Starbucks, the latter where she earned the coveted “Trailblazer Award,” in her new role Hernandez will oversee everything from scratch development of new menu items to the expansion of the teams at Bodega’s multiple locations across South Florida, Chicago, Nashville and Washington D.C.

With a cocktail of entrepreneurial zeal and extensive expertise in the hospitality domain, Virginia native Jacquelyn Burch stands out as a luminary in the beverage and dining industry. She moved to Miami in 2013 to spearhead the opening team for Yard House Miami Beach, and   further developed her stellar career portfolio working for prestigious hospitality brands such as Nobu, where she led the beverage program, Live Hospitality, Margaritaville Resorts, and SBE Entertainment.
