Guests start by choosing how they want their gyro meat to be served—in a traditional flatbread or over a salad. Then it’s time to pile on the veggies. Choose from chipotle hummus, romaine lettuce, tabbouleh salad, tomato cucumber salad, seasoned rice, baba ganoush, red cabbage, red onions, pickles, pepperoncini, and Kalamata olives. Finally, top it all off with one of Garbanzo’s seven scratch-made sauces. More adventurous gyro lovers can even choose to top their authentic gyro with fries.
