After a long off-season, the Bojangles’ BojAngler fish sandwich is back on the Southern restaurant chain’s menu. This fresh catch of an offer will be available for a limited time at participating locations.
“Southerners have high standards when it comes to seafood, so we at Bojangles’ make sure the BojAngler is off the scales,” says Chef Marshall Scarborough, Bojangles’ vice president of menu and culinary innovation. “There are plenty of fish sandwiches in the sea, but this sandwich boasts what others cannot: that one-of-a-kind Bojangles’ flavor that leaves you craving more. The made-from-scratch option features a flaky, wild-caught Alaskan Pollock filet, generously dusted with Bojangles’ proprietary fry seasoning. The seasoned filet is paired with a slice of American cheese and creamy tartar sauce, all between a toasted, buttered bun.
The BojAngler will be available a la carte and as a dinner platter, which pairs two fish filets with two home-style fixin’s, a made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit, side of tartar sauce and 22 oz. Legendary Iced Tea or other drink of your choice. Prices may vary by location.
