Boudin SF, the fast-casual restaurant created by Boudin Bakery, creator of The Original San Francisco Sourdough, introduced three new limited-time menu items featuring seasonal Rustic Stuffing Bread. Studded with all the ingredients of traditional stuffing, from roasted celery and onions to savory garlic, sage, rosemary, parsley, and sweet cranberries, Rustic Stuffing Bread adds a holiday spin to signature Boudin SF dishes.
New selections include two sandwiches, Turkey Melt on Toasted Rustic Stuffing Bread and Turkey on Rustic Stuffing Bread,as well as a Rustic Stuffing Bread Bowlfor Boudin SF’s hearty soups. Individual loaves of Rustic Stuffing Bread will also be available for purchase. The dishes will be served at Boudin SF locations throughout California through January 4.

The new offerings include:
· Rustic Stuffing Bread Bowl: A spin on Boudin Bakery’s signature sourdough bread bowl, the Rustic Stuffing Bread Bowl incorporates all the ingredients of traditional stuffing and pairs perfectly with fall soups such as Butternut Squash and Chicken Wild Rice.
· Turkey Melt on Toasted Rustic Stuffing Bread: This hot sandwich includes Havarti cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, Dijon, and apricot preserves.
· Turkey on Rustic Stuffing Bread: Served cold, this sandwich includes house-made cranberry Dijon spread, Swiss cheese, green leaf lettuce, and crisp Granny Smith apples.
· Rustic Stuffing Bread: The Original San Francisco Sourdough studded with all the ingredients of traditional stuffing, from roasted celery and onions to savory garlic, sage, rosemary, parsley, and sweet cranberries. Available in 8-ounce and 2-pound loaves.
