For Wienerschnitzel fans, the year-long wait for the brats is over. The world’s largest hot dog chain is once again serving its beloved bratwurst sausages as the star of Oktoberfest, Sept. 10 through Oct. 28 at participating Wienerschnitzel restaurants nationwide.

One of Wienerschnitzel’s most popular celebrations of the year, the limited-time promotion offers hot dog lovers a localized version of the iconic German folk festival started in 1810. Customers can enjoy a Wienerschnitzel Grilled Bratwurst Sausage on a traditional warm bun and topped with mustard and kraut or mustard and grilled onions.

“For those of us at Wienerschnitzel, Oktoberfest is the best holiday of the year. So we are inviting everyone to celebrate Oktoberfest the Wienerschnitzel way with our one-of-a-kind Bratwurst,” says Doug Koegeboehn, Wienerschnitzel’s chief marketing officer. “Everyone here is excited because it’s the only time of year we get to eat these delicious Brats, too.”

The brats are available through Oct. 28 only at 333 locally owned Wienerschnitzel restaurants in 11 states.
