Manhattan Bagel announced it’s popping off the New Year with new pretzel bagel poppers and a new line of breakfast bagel thin sandwiches.

"We are constantly developing new, innovative menu items for our customers that are looking for simple ways to eat better without sacrificing taste," says Jeff O'Neill, CEO of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc., Manhattan Bagel’s parent company.

Manhattan Bagel is rolling out two new lower-calorie Bagel Thin Sandwiches for customers. The Egg White, Asparagus, Mushroom & Swiss Thin includes a combination of mushrooms, asparagus, Swiss cheese, and egg whites with a tomato spread on top of a toasted, whole-wheat bagel thin sandwich. It includes 270 calories.

The Egg White, TurkeyBacon & Cheese Thin includes provolone and cheddar cheeses melted on top of turkey bacon and egg whites between two plain bagel thin slices of bread with a country pepper spread. It includes 380 calories.

Manhattan Bagel is also introducing new pretzel bagel poppers in the new 10-ounce “snackin’ pack” size. Customers can choose from a mustard or nacho cheese dipping sauce.

In addition to its new lunch options, Manhattan Bagel recently introduced a new Lighter Side Breakfast Menu. The new, healthier breakfast menu includes a 10-ounce Yogurt Parfait, Italian Egg White on Multigrain Toast Sandwich, and the Ancho Egg White Bagel Sandwich, all less than 400 calories each.
