The leader in fresh, award-winning sandwiches, Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, announced the hiring of Bruce Evans as vice president of franchise sales.

Evans has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having designed successful franchising strategies with two renowned national brands.

Evans will be responsible for franchise sales and spreading brand awareness to potential franchisees. In his new position, Evans looks to further advance Capriotti’s current national expansion and development agreements.

Before joining Capriotti’s, Evans served as vice president of franchise development at CiCi Enterprises, where he successfully updated its recruiting program to increase franchise sales.

Prior to working with CiCi Enterprises, Evans was employed by Wingstop Restaurants, where he served as director, senior director, and ultimately vice president of franchise development.

During his time with Wingstop, Evans was responsible for developing sales strategies that increased the franchise from 50 units to 500 units.

He is currently enrolled in the Certified Franchise Executive program and will receive his CFE designation next year.

“Bruce has shown extraordinary talent in franchise development and we are thrilled to have him as our newest team member,” says Ashley Morris, Capriotti’s CEO. “His expertise will surely prove to be a valuable asset as Capriotti’s looks towards further expansion in the coming months and years.”

Evans says, “I am honored to be the newest addition to such a talented team at Capriotti’s. Capriotti’s 36-year tradition of excellence makes it the ideal business to work with and I am excited to lead the growth initiative and find franchisees who share the same passion for quality food and unprecedented service.”

Evans will start his new position immediately.
