If there’s a “bagel” at any time during the Quarterfinals, Semifinals, or Finals of this year’s men’s, women’s or doubles matches at the U.S. Open, Bruegger’s will offer one free bagel and cream cheese to every member of its Bruegger’s Bagels Inner Circle rewards program.

At Bruegger’s Bagels, a bagel is an authentic, New York-style, kettle-boiled-then-baked ring of bread. But in tennis, a “bagel” is a set that ends in 6-0. That’s why Bruegger’s is getting in on the U.S. Open fun and giving away bagels for “bagels.”

If there’s a “bagel” at any time during the Quarterfinals, Semifinals, or Finals of this year’s men’s, women’s or doubles matches at the U.S. Open, Bruegger’s will offer one free bagel and cream cheese to every member of its Bruegger’s Bagels Inner Circle rewards program, redeemable from September 18-20.

“No matter who our customers are rooting for in the U.S. Open, we know that everyone is a winner when free bagels are involved,” says Bruegger's Bagels President Leigh Anne Snider. “Our bakeries wanted to do something fun for our customers, so we’re putting the ball in the players’ court in celebration of this year’s Open.”

The U.S. Open kicked off Monday, August 27, with the final three rounds starting September 4. To join Bruegger’s Bagels Inner Circle, go to shared.brueggers.com/join or download the Bruegger’s Bagels mobile app at the App Store or on Google Play. Inner Circle members earn points for every dollar spent at their local Bruegger’s Bagels bakery to redeem for their favorite menu items.
