Bruster’s is taking its fans to the beach this month with two limited-time summer favorites: Key Lime Pie and Jamaican Me Crazy.
Key Lime Pie is created fresh in each shop by ice cream makers who blend tart premium Key Lime ice cream with ribbons of graham cracker. Jamaican Me Crazy, also made fresh on-site, starts with fresh coconut ice cream with ribbons of rich fudge and topped with crunchy almonds.
The flavors will be available through the end of the month at participating locations.
Bruster’s, founded in 1989, is experiencing the strongest sales growth in its history with the introduction of new, limited-time offerings among the reasons credited. Bruster’s is in the midst of its 10th quarter of continuous same-store sales growth. Last year, 45 shops set sales records.
It expects to open at least 12 locations this year.
