"This is an exciting time to join Bruster's. Jim Sahene and his team have a done a wonderful job growing the franchise, staying true to the brand and delivering a premium experience to customers,” Brinker says. “Moving forward, my focus will be on building the brand across the U.S. with marketing initiatives that engage, educate, and connect with consumers."

Brinker adds, “The authenticity of the brand has been a favored destination for celebrating special moments in my family for years.”
