Bruxie, an up-and-coming “culinary casual” concept known for its inviting atmosphere and innovative menu offerings, including hand-crafted waffle sandwiches, famous chicken tenders and artisan custard shakes, introduces its eighth California restaurant this month in Santa Barbara. Now open to the public, Bruxie’s newest location is situated at Paseo Nuevo, the premier outdoor shopping and lifestyle destination in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara. Bruxie Santa Barbara serves as a destination for students, locals and tourists looking to enjoy fresh, high-quality food in an upbeat environment.

Continuing its expansion in California and Georgia in 2024, Bruxie’s next location will take the brand to Northern California, where it plans to open in Downtown Davis. The brand’s first restaurant in the region will join the Davis Commons, an architecturally award-winning urban retail center in the heart of the city’s trade area. The opening will be followed by Bruxie’s second Georgia location, set to debut in the heart of fast-growing Chamblee in Northeast Atlanta, a food-centric community looking to enjoy fresh, high-quality food in an upbeat environment.

Since 2010, Bruxie has combined a friendly atmosphere with an innovative chef-driven menu that utilizes fresh ingredients, time-intensive processes, proprietary recipes and creative culinary ideas to deliver an elevated fast-casual dining experience. Inviting guests to explore new options with every visit, Bruxie’s wide-ranging menu features everything from hand-crafted chicken tenders and unique waffle sandwiches to desserts and shakes made with real Wisconsin custard. Sauces are handmade in-house daily, produce is freshly chopped onsite, chicken is marinated for 24 hours before being fried to perfection, and the brand’s Belgian-inspired waffle batter was designed to achieve a delightfully light and airy texture with a crispy finish.
