Bruxie, creator of The Original Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich, has decided to show off its buns to guests by introducing two new sandwiches with a never-before-seen (at Bruxie) component: Portuguese Buns. The first new offering, The Boss, features Bruxie’s signature fried chicken with shredded romaine, tomato, pickles and Bruxie sauce. For those who can handle the heat, the second new sandwich, El Jefe, features fried chicken, carnita-spice rub, cabbage-jalapeno slaw, chipotle mayo and pickled red onions.

Mullarney. “The Boss and El Jefe feature a soft, light, buttery BUN that enhances our bold flavors and creates a sandwich that’s truly craveable.”
