On average there are 4.5 million tacos eaten each year in the U.S., and Bubbakoo’s wants to add to that number with Tacotheir creative and flavorful combinations. Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a Jersey Shore-based eatery that touts Mexican food fused with American funkiness, is celebrating National Taco Day on October 4 with $1 tacos, limit 5 per person at participating locations.

“When we were thinking of how to celebrate National Taco Day we knew we wanted to standout – it’s in our DNA. $1 tacos is a deal we offer every year on this special day and we’re pleased to see the growing excitement in our customers who look forward to National Taco Day,” says Paul Altero, co-founder and CEO of Bubbakoo’s.

Bubbakoo’s Burritos offers the usual fast-casual burrito fare such as burritos, bowls, tacos, salad, nachos and quesadillas, but with 16 different protein options — including fried chicken, barbecue pork, Buffalo shrimp and grilled steak, as well as some more unusual flavors such as ghost pepper chicken and sriracha pork. Vegetarian options include a bean-cheese-guacamole combo. And, originals such as The Chiwawa, a cheese-smothered, panko-crusted fried rice ball, keep Bubbakoo’s faithful coming back.

Beyond the menu, Bubbakoo’s offers an environment like no other, with décor reflecting the eatery’s Shore roots, inviting guests to enjoy a host of regional beachside designs, and unmatched service standards that truly make the restaurants feel like home.

“At Bubbakoo’s Burritos, we love putting a unique spin on everyone’s favorite foods. That’s why we offer unique flavor combinations and over 16 protein options,” adds Altero. “National Taco Day is a great opportunity to bring our tacos to more customers and offer our full menu so anyone can create their perfect taco.”
