Bubbakoo’s Burritos continues to expand throughout these uncertain times, bringing their unique flare to different locations in the west.

The Jersey Shore based restaurant began its journey in 2008 when seasoned industry veterans Bill Hart and Paul Altero had an idea for a create-your-own burrito restaurant in which customers could customize their entrees in any way. Twelve years and 37 locations later, the two continue to make expansion plans, with their eyes set on the west coast. With Lancaster, California being the only other location on the other side of the map, Hart and Altero are launching a restaurant in the bustling city of Las Vegas, Nevada.

“I’m really looking forward to bringing Bubbakoo’s to Las Vegas, I have big ideas for the restaurant and can’t wait to get started,” says franchise owner James Rogers.

Rogers has been working closely with Hart and Altero to bring the Jersey Shore surfer-and-skater vibe to the Vegas location.

As the brand spreads to new places, the values of Bubbakoo’s Burritos remain the same: providing great meals and getting involved with the local communities surrounding store locations. With the new school year approaching, the Read It to Eat It Program will be returning to all stores, including new locations, for its second year to give free meals to students in exchange for continuing education.

The Las Vegas location will open its doors mid-September at 9101 W Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, Nevada, with a traditional Grand Opening to follow in the future.
