Bubbakoo’s Burritos, the fan-favorite Mexican-fusion restaurant concept, is set to open a new location in Fair Lawn on December 4. 

The restaurant is located at 20-26 Maple Avenue and is owned by Rubert Nogales, an existing operator with the brand who owns an additional Bubbakoo’s Burritos location in Park Ridge. 

“Being a part of the Bubbakoo’s family and contributing to its growth across New Jersey is very rewarding,” says Nogales. “Bubbakoo’s has a passionate fan base that has been unbelievably supportive of my location in Park Ridge, and I’m excited to open a new location in Fair Lawn. I’m confident that the Fair Lawn community will welcome us with open arms and that our menu will have something for everyone to enjoy.”

Bubbakoo’s Burritos has become a fan-favorite over the past 15 years for its unique menu, superb customer service and welcoming dining environment. The new Bubbakoo’s Burritos offers the classic menu items the brand is known for such as hibachi steak and shrimp burritos, sriracha shredded pork nachos, Nashville hot chicken burritos, customizable entrees and more. Each menu item is made with fresh, tasty ingredients that will please any palette.
