Bubbakoo’s Burritos, a fast-casual concept specializing in customizable, made-to-order mod-Mexican fusion cuisine, announced the signing of a 10-store development agreement with franchise group O-Burritos. Led by seasoned restaurant franchise operator Brian Armstrong, O-Burritos presents a unique opportunity to expand the brand’s presence out west, as all 10 locations will open in Arizona market.

“This agreement speaks to the strength and market position of the Bubbakoo’s Burritos brand and we believe we have found the perfect partner to continue to build our presence out West.  The opportunity to collaborate with Brian and his team is what really excites us as he is a seasoned restaurant franchise owner with another emerging brand and has already had a built-in local connections that will let us deliver an exceptional experience to a new base of customers,” says co-founder Paul Altero & Bill Hart.

Armstrong and his team offer many benefits, including a group of experienced individuals and an existing local relationship to the community, something that is very important to the Bubbakoo’s brand.

“I’m excited to join the Bubbakoo’s Burritos brand and introduce this concept to the Arizona market,” adds Armstrong.   “I am incredibly passionate about the restaurant business and especially enjoy helping create remarkable experiences for my guests.  I feel Bubbakoo’s Burritos is the next great franchise concept – one that will help me do just that – and I look forward to being part of the family.”

The timeline for these openings will span over four years; two locations in 2021, three locations in 2022, an additional three in 2023 and the final two locations will open in 2024.
