“We are all excited about the prospect of bringing Buffalo Wings & Rings to the Elk Grove community,” says Jack Fitch, general manager of the Elk Grove Buffalo Wings & Rings. “The people in this area are looking forward to having a place with casual décor and a delicious and diverse menu. The restaurant is very relaxed. Buffalo Wings & Rings offers consistently great food and a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.”
Buffalo Wings & Rings is creating 45 jobs for the people of Elk Grove. The restaurant plans to host student nights for local high schools and colleges, and the owners have invited police, fire and city officials to join them for the VIP opening.
“We have a lot of school-based and community programs in the works,” Fitch says. “The leadership of Elk Grove – as well as the people – have been great to us as we prepare to open.”
