From the team who created the create-your-own burger concept, BUILT Custom Burgers by The Counter makes its first foray into North Carolina.  Managed and operated by partners Ravi Patel, Hiren Trivedi and Chintan S, BUILT Custom Burgers is now providing shoppers at The Streets at Southpoint with a unique “Build Your Own Burger” dining experience.

BUILT Custom Burgers is a fast-casual restaurant concept where the guest is truly in charge. With four premium protein options, five different cheeses, twenty fresh toppings, 10 flavorful sauces and the choice of four buns or two fresh greens, guests are encouraged to creatively build as bold or as restrained to meet their individual preferences. This creative space is exactly the reason why Patel, Trivedi and S are taking a break from over 10 years in the banking field to engage with guests and work hands-on with the customers at The Streets at SouthPoint, which has received over a million customers for 12 straight months.

“‘The entire North Carolina team is excited about its newest partnership with BUILT Custom Burgers,” say partners Ravi Patel, Hiren Trivedi and Chintan S. ‘We look forward to expanding the brand within North Carolina and making BUILT a household name.’”

BUILT Custom Burgers serves humanely-raised and handled, antibiotic and hormone-free, vegetarian-fed 100 percent natural Angus beef, all-natural chicken and ground turkey, as well as vegan veggie burgers. All burgers and patties are hand-formed and cooked to order. Guests can pair their custom-built burger with tantalizing shakes, crispy fries and tater tots.

“At BUILT Custom Burgers, we’re giving our guests the same quality of ingredients and freedom they’d expect from The Counter, only in a quicker way to accommodate their on-the-go schedules,” says Jeff Weinstein, founder and co-CEO of The Counter and BUILT Custom Burgers.
