Burger Lounge, the Southern California fast-casual brand offers 100 percent fresh, single source grass-fed beef and truly healthy salads. Their Los Angeles presence is growing with this new Brentwood store opening June 19. The newly renovated San Vicente Blvd. space and previous host to La Salsa will be the company's eleventh location and fourth in Los Angeles.

Burger Lounge was founded by J. Dean Loring and Michael Gilligan in 2007 on the principle of creating a burger that you can feel good about eating. "Our burgers are created from sustainable American grass-fed beef and sourced from partner-growers with whom we have developed close relationships," says Loring, CEO of Burger Lounge. "Establishing meaningful partnerships with our grass-fed beef ranchers and other suppliers has been a part of our model from the beginning. We source our grass-fed beef from two family ranchers whose best practices and authenticity result in a truly fabulous beef flavor. We know where and how they are raised, what they eat, and how they are treated. It is a humane process, and we think that matters."

The Burger Lounge ethos is to satisfy those with a hankering for an indulgent burger they can feel good about eating while providing non-meat eaters and health conscious diners with menu options that offer real health benefits. "Our vegetarian and salad options are thoughtful and truly healthy. We feel they measure up to many fine-dining restaurants at a fraction of the cost," Loring explains.

On opening day in Brentwood, Wednesday, June 19, Burger Lounge will unveil its newest menu item, the Seared Albacore Sandwich.

The signature 100 percent grass-fed beef Lounge Burger, The Classic Burger, Free Range Turkey Burger, and Organic Quinoa Veggie Burger, are now joined by the Seared Albacore Sandwich featuring long-line caught albacore tuna, baby watercress, roasted tomato relish, and house-made lemon-basil aioli.

Simple Choices: Opt for burgers on the House Lounge Bun made with a proprietary blend of organic whole wheat and unbleached white flour with a hint of Blackstrap molasses. Paleo-inclined? Then wrap it in crisp lettuce leaf or on a hot gluten-free bun.

Guests can enjoy their burgers with fresh cut french fries and onion rings or go lighter with a "Nice Little Side Salad" featuring romaine, spinach, arugula, grilled corn, red onion, and carrot lightly tossed with house-made lemon basil dressing.

Burger Lounge's commitment to 'doing a common thing, uncommonly well' extends to their Organic Quinoa Salad and Fresh Vegetable Salad in full or half portions lightly tossed with house-made dressings.

The beverage selection follows suit with Fair Trade, Cane Sweetened natural sodas by Maine Root Handcrafted Beverages, a selection of Brewed Organic Teas, and premium bottled sodas. The Brentwood restaurant will also offer local craft beers and premium wines.

Finally, shake things up with a hand dipped Lounge Shake using all natural Dreyer's Ice Cream (chocolate or vanilla) or an over-the-top Brownie Shake featuring the house-recipe Chocolate Caramel Sea Salted Brownie. The Lounge Float rounds out a dessert menu sure to please any sweet tooth.

The new outpost is located at 11740 San Vicente Blvd, Brentwood, California, and will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. Burger Lounge does not accept reservations but will offer walk-in, take-out, and online ordering.
