Burger lovers, prepare to fool your tastebuds with plant-based burgers, sides and dairy-free milkshakes! On Monday, October 19, Angeleno’s can officially rejoice at the launch of Burger Lounge’s Real Food Innovation Kitchen at the Larchmont, Los Angeles restaurant, where the culinary-forward burger company will be testing an array of plant-based options to complement their original grass-fed burgers.

The Fauna and Flora menu, as part of the new test kitchen, will feature a menu that satisfies the burger cravings of carnivores, flexitarians, vegans, vegetarians and more. Whether you’re in the mood for a juicy cheeseburger with melty organic cheese and crispy bacon, or you want the full, authentic burger experience with none of the animal products, both sides have been given the same culinary and quality Burger Lounge is known for.

“We love Los Angeles, because much like us, the people who live here really care about where their food comes from. We have always sourced the highest quality grass-fed beef possible and we are putting that same emphasis on sourcing our new plant-based menu, of course with taste and flavor at the forefront.” said J. Dean Loring, co-founder of Burger Lounge. “We are so excited to share with Los Angeles what we have been cooking up behind the scenes.”

The new Fauna and Flora menu at Burger Lounge places equal emphasis on burgers made from responsibly sourced meats and plant-based options. Now, non-meat eaters and replacement meat eaters can enjoy a complete burger experience, down to the vegan fresh-cut French fries and dairy-free milkshakes. The new slate of plant-based options pushes the boundaries on innovation that may just fool your taste buds.
