Burrito Beach Unveiled in Northwestern Memorial Hospital

Burrito Beach, in Chicago, announced its sixth location is now welcoming guests to a Northwestern Memorial Hospital locale in the Feinberg Pavilion. The Chicago-based restaurant chain, founded over 20 years ago by CEO Gregory Schulson, presents high-quality ingredients and inventive combinations in a casual setting, putting forth the best taste, service, and product in the market. As pioneers in the fast casual industry, the restaurant chain continues to grow in the non-traditional development realm.

Joining downtown Chicago stand-alone locations and a branch at O’Hare Airport, the new Northwestern Memorial Hospital address delivers what Burrito Beach is known for—approachable and fresh Mexican options—with a modern new look and feel. Always ensuring the very best sources are used, the Beach Body menu is available for health-conscious customers, and exciting flavor combinations are introduced regularly, diners find Baja chicken burritos, Cabo shrimp nachos, grass-fed brisket tacos, housemade guacamole, and other favorites. The new installment sets the bar even higher with new health-conscious Smoothie Bowls ($6.59) for breakfast.

Also new to the menu are “Treats by the Beach” including homemade frozen custard and frozen yogurt, where guests have the availability to enjoy shakes, cups, cones, and concretes—a blend of frozen custard or yogurt mixed with a choice of topping.

Set inside the Feinberg Pavilion on the 2nd floor of Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Burrito Beach is perfectly situated in the middle of the medical hustle and bustle, whether diners are on the go or looking to relax.

The locale also showcases a contemporary atmosphere with sleek accents, part of the brand’s modernization efforts. Natural floors, tables, and accents create a minimalistic look, along with slim metal chairs and stools. Dashes of bright colors and textures create a playful vibe echoing Burrito Beach’s ethos.

Expanding in the non-traditional development realm, Burrito Beach looks forward to engaging with the hospital’s community and staff. Aligning with Northwestern Memorial Hospital’s health-conscious initiatives, Burrito Beach provides hospital employees, patients, and families fresh and affordable menu items in a cheerful setting.
