Cabana Grill introduces its new lunch and dinner menu featuring chef-inspired starters, new street tacos, and enhanced customization options for its handmade Mexican-inspired food

The starter menu is updated with new Loaded Queso, a combination of guacamole, chorizo, and Cabana Grill’s signature queso blanco, Loaded Beef Nachos, an amped-up version of regular nachos with seasoned beef and queso, and Queso Frijoles with refried black beans.

“As we approach our first anniversary here in Jacksonville, [Florida,] we’re learning more about our guests and what they’d like to see on our menu,” says Cabana Grill COO Todd Coerver. “Our culinary team has brought some great new flavors to our upgraded menu and elevated our customization options so that guests have many different ways to enjoy our food.”

Guests can now customize their tacos and burritos with new “smother it” and “style it” options. Guests can style their tacos one of four ways—diablo (jalapeños, onions, and chipotle ranch), gordo (queso blanco, and bacon), bandera (guacamole, pico de gallo, and sour cream), or fresca (lettuce, tomato, and sour cream)—or they can smother their burritos with queso or ranchero sauce.

Cabana Grill will also add two new street taco varieties, Chicken Fajita and Ancho Shrimp, and two classic tacos, vegetarian with refried black beans and avo-verde salsa and jalapeño sausage with cheese.
