Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop announced the hiring of Quentin Wilson as director of marketing. Wilson will join the executive team to oversee the marketing efforts of the Capriotti’s brand, playing a key role in Capriotti’s continuing nationwide expansion and ensuring its continued success.

Though new to Capriotti’s, Wilson brings nearly a decade of food and restaurant marketing experience. Before joining Capriotti’s, Wilson was the new restaurant opening marketing manager at Raising Cane’s, a national chicken fingers franchise with more than 175 stores operating in over 17 states, where he broke every sales record in the company’s history during his tenure. At Raising Cane’s, Wilson was able to open 50 restaurants in the span of two years, establishing the brand as a fast-growing restaurant. Wilson also worked as regional marketing supervisor at McDonald’s for over five years where he steered the marketing of successful product launches such as the McCafe, Snack Wrap, and Angus Burgers for 210 McDonald’s restaurants throughout Texas and Oklahoma. In addition to his marketing career, Wilson also served for five years in the U.S. Marine Corps.

“Capriotti’s is a great fit for me because I believe in the passion behind the brand and the idea of changing the world one sandwich at a time,” Wilson says. “I am eager to bring my experience in marketing and work ethic from the Marines and look forward to working with the talented Capriotti’s team.”

“With Quentin’s proven success working with both national and regional brands, we are confident he will be a valuable asset to the Capriotti’s family,” says Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “Quentin has a thorough understanding of marketing in the restaurant franchise space, and we anticipate unique and engaging initiatives from him in the years to come.”
