Committed to its 38-year tradition, Capriotti’s roasts its turkey and beef in-house nightly to ensure the highest quality in its signature subs. The best-selling signature sub, The Bobbie, was voted “Greatest Sandwich in America” by of AOL readers and is made with in-house roasted turkey, homemade stuffing, cranberry sauce, and a touch of mayo on a freshly baked roll. Aside from boasting a wide variety of subs, Capriotti’s also hand-tosses a variety of salads such as The Black & Bleu, made with chopped greens, homemade premium roast beef, tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and bleu cheese crumbles.

“We consider Las Vegas our home, and our local fans welcome each new location with open arms,” says Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “We know the new shop on Eastern at Serene will do exceptionally well and convert even more residents into Capriotti’s fans.”
