Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is introducing the newest amendment to its franchisee training program, which will provide franchisees with a fully loaded iPad to employ in the training leading up to opening day, as well as in day-to-day operations in their new restaurants.

Each iPad will be customized by Capriotti's to best assist franchisees with the tools they require to be successful.

With more than 80 restaurants nationwide, Capriotti's introduces its new training method as a means to better educated and increase efficiency among franchisees. 

The Capriotti's franchisee iPad will include digital manuals, operations, recipes, and the ability to connect with suppliers and access the company intranet.

All iPads become property of the franchisees and are their to incorporate into their business and daily life, complete with a protective and personalized cover. 

"As the industry is constantly changing, Capriotti's wants to make sure that franchisees are being given all the tools they need to succeed in a way that is both practical and exciting," says Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti's.
