Capriotti's To Host Franchisee Convention

Capriotti’s sandwich company is celebrating the rapid expansion of its national footprint with today’s announcement of the Second Annual Capriotti’s Franchisee Convention. The event will be held February 28-March 1, 2010, at the M Resort in Las Vegas.

Themed “Sharing our passion…one sandwich at a time,” this two day event will feature a golf tournament, welcome reception, franchise industry guest speakers, vendor expo, banquet dinner, award presentation, and addresses from Ashley Morris, president and CEO, and Patrick Walls, chief operating officer.

Capriotti’s is currently one of the fastest growing independent quick-service franchises in the United States. With seven locations opened last year, and the latest West Coast addition in Beverly Hills, Capriotti’s now operates 57 total locations with 30 new locations projected for 2010.
