San Fernando Valley residents no longer need to drive to Beverly Hills to get their Bobbie fix, as Capriotti’s will open its second Southern California location in Encino on March 15. After a successful debut in Beverly Hills in January 2010, the new Encino location will help satisfy the high demand for Capriotti’s’ made-to-order sandwiches.
“We are delighted to be opening another Capriotti’s in California,” says Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “The sandwiches have been so well received by LA locals, and Encino was the obvious choice for a second location. We are incredibly excited about the opening and San Fernando Valley Bobbie fans will now enjoy easier access to ‘The Greatest Sandwich in America.’”
The new Capriotti’s location will open on March 29, 2010. The store will be open from 10:30 a.m.–11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. on Sunday.
