Capriotti's Stays Up Late at Newest Arizona Unit

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop has announced its newest restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, which will stay open until 3 a.m. on weekends for late night Caps cravings.

The Scottsdale restaurant will offer another spot for Capriotti’s fans to enjoy the award-winning subs. To further serve the community, Capriotti’s newest shop will provide Speedy Cap delivery to homes and businesses nearby and quick curbside pickup for CAPAddicts on the go.

Capriotti’s creative offerings and quality ingredients have earned the national sandwich shop numerous praises across the country, including “Best of” awards in Delaware, Las Vegas, Dallas, Quad Cities, Eastern Shore, and San Diego.

Capriotti’s is bringing Scottsdale residents more of their favorite, The Bobbie, crafted with hand-pulled turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing, and a touch of mayo piled on a freshly baked roll.

Other popular subs also include The Capastrami, made with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and Russian dressing, and the Delaware-style Cheese Steak.

For a unique twist on classic favorites, Capriotti’s hand tosses a variety of fresh salads, including The Black & Bleu, made with chopped greens; homemade, premium roast beef; tomatoes; diced cucumbers; and sweet peppers, topped with bleu cheese crumbles.

“Arizona has become one of our fastest-growing markets, and we are pleased to see that Scottsdale fans cannot seem to get enough of our award-winning subs,” says Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “Capriotti’s is looking forward to offering another location in the area with extended weekend hours in order to meet the growing demand of hungry sandwich lovers.”
