Tug, Jen, Kat, Rip, and Scooter. Meet the Aqua Agents, and they’re coming to a Captain D’s restaurant near you.

The seafood restaurant chain announced today that the Aqua Agents have begun to invade its locations systemwide. The characters are part of Captain D’s brand new kids club that is launching in all of its locations this month. The Agents’ mission: attract more kids and families to Captain D’s.

“Families have always been important to Captain D’s because every customer that steps through our door is considered a part of our family,” said Ron Walker, president and chief operating officer for Captain D’s. “We already have great deals for kids, and with the help of the Aqua Agents, we give parents and kids another reason to make Captain D’s part of their family.”

In addition to driving store traffic, another top priority for the Aqua Agents is to attract kids to the Captain D’s Birthday Club. All of the in- store collateral material will alert kids to the new birthday club at www.captainds.com . Kids who register for the club will get an exclusive gift from the Aqua Agents on their birthday, a collectable Aqua Agent color- changing straw and an e-mail coupon good for a free kids meal.

Each kids meal comes with a special Aqua Agents activity book, a set of Aqua Agents branded crayons and a specially designed Aqua Agents paper cup and bag.

The Aqua Agents program will be rolled out to all Captain D’s locations throughout the month of January.
