Caribou Joins Minnesota Wool Mill to Sell Holiday Gifts

Caribou Coffee announced that for the first time ever this holiday season, it will be partnering with Faribault Woolen Mill Co., a historic mill in Minnesota established in 1865, to provide fans with luxury items that are not only serve as holiday gifts, but are also a piece of history.

With strong regional ties and a commitment to quality and artistry, these two Minnesota-based brands will offer Caribou guests this first-ever cobranded holiday collection, which speaks to the companies' shared values of community and tradition.

"For nearly 150 years, Faribault woolen products have been woven into the fabric of American life, and Caribou is truly honored to partner with another Minnesota company that is equally as defined by its commitment to artisanal, premium products and the communities it serves as we are," says Mike Tattersfield, president and CEO of Caribou Coffee. "It is our hope that these exclusive products bring warmth to our guests not just this holiday season, but for years to come."

The collection will include a wide variety of merchandise such as coffee sleeves, phone sleeves with pockets, tablet sleeves, key chains, ceramic tumblers with sleeves, and lodge-style throws.

Additionally, back by popular demand and starting on November 7, Caribou Coffee will once again feature the limited-time-only Spicy Mocha on its beverage menu. Made with real chocolate chips and a kick of ancho and chipotle chilies, this chocolate mocha fan-favorite is a way to stay warm and spice up the holidays.

Along with the launch of Spicy Mocha, Caribou will begin offering its other annual holiday favorites to kick-off the season, including Reindeer Blend, a holiday coffee with components of spicy ginger, clove, and sweet cinnamon; Fa La Latte, an eggnog drink mixed with espresso, whipped cream, and nutmeg; Ho Ho Mint Mocha, made with milk, dark or white chocolate mocha with mint syrup, and topped with crushed peppermint candy and whipped cream; and sliced gingerbread topped with buttercream icing.

Caribou will also offer an array of gift sets, ornaments, seasonal treats, drinkware, and more. For the first time starting this holiday season, Caribou guests can conveniently give an electronic gift card. Beginning this week, guests who visit the brand’s website will be able to select a gift amount and create a customizable eGift card that can be shared instantly to friends and family. All eGifts can be redeemed at participating Caribou coffeehouses nationwide.
