Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s are spicing up the holidays with the introduction of the Jalapeño Turkey Burger.
At just 490 calories, the newest addition to the award-winning line of Charbroiled Turkey Burgers offers indulgently spicy taste and a leaner, lower-calorie meal option this holiday season and into the New Year.
The Jalapeño Turkey Burger is available now at all Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. restaurants.
The charbroiled Jalapeño Turkey Burger features sliced jalapeños, Pepper Jack cheese, and creamy Santa Fe sauce, served on a whole-wheat bun with sliced red onion, lettuce, and tomato.
The Jalapeño Turkey Burger is available starting at $3.49. Prices may vary by location.
“Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s were the first fast-food chains to introduce turkey burgers across the nation and they are still very popular almost two years later,” says Brad Haley, chief marketing officer at CKE Restaurants, parent company of Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s brands.
“Their popularity stems from the fact that they still offer the kind of great taste and indulgence that all of our burgers are famous for but, because they are charbroiled turkey burgers, they also offer a lighter, lower-calorie alternative to beef burgers,” he adds. “Our latest addition to the line, the new Jalapeño Turkey Burger, is no exception. With sliced jalapeños, Pepper Jack cheese, and our famous Santa Fe Sauce, you don’t have to give up anything on taste while giving up calories.”
