The Catering Institute, a sister division of MonkeyMedia Software, has launched an editorial and media website dedicated to restaurant catering, takeout, and delivery operations.
The website features executive commentary, articles, and videos highlighting industry best practices in leadership, sales and marketing, centralized services, operations and delivery, focused on growing off-premise restaurant sales.
"The launch of this website is the culmination of five-years worth of conversation about how to best serve the restaurant community in regard to building off premise sales," says Erle Dardick, founder and CEO of MonkeyMedia Software, The Catering Institute and CateringInsights.com. "We brought in a leader who could focus our media division with their industry knowledge and vision and are proud to represent the catering, takeout, and delivery space in this manner."
Valerie Killifer, former editor of FastCasual.com and founder of P-O-P Content & Communications will oversee all aspects of editorial, content and education through the website and conferences.
