CAVA unveiled its latest permanent menu item—Harissa Honey Chicken. The first culinary introduction born out of CAVA’s recently opened Dupont Innovation Kitchen in Washington D.C., Harissa Honey Chicken marks CAVA’s first new protein in over four years, available at CAVA locations nationwide starting September 30.

As part of CAVA’s mission to help guests discover the power of food, Harissa Honey Chicken draws bold, craveable flavors from Madhava’s Clean Label Project certified Unfiltered Organic Amber Honey. Combined with the signature Mediterranean spice, Madhava’s honey adds a hint of sweetness to the smoky, buzzy heat.
