Celebrating the Holidays Early

The holidays are coming, and quick-serves aren’t wasting any time capitalizing on the cooler weather, generous spirit, and seasonal flavors that come along with them.

Just this week alone three national quick-serves are debuting holiday-inspired beverage offerings. Chick-fil-A announced today that its new Peppermint Chocolate Chip Hand-Spun Milkshake is available at all locations. Jack in the Box also joined in the holiday spirit, announcing the return of its Egg Nog and Pumpkin Pie shakes. And tomorrow, at Starbucks stores nationwide, the company’s Thanksgiving Blend will be available.

Seasonal offerings are nothing new this fall. Many quick-serves from Shane’s Rib Shack to Krispy Kreme to Ben & Jerry’s have promoted special election-day offers in an effort to grab consumers feeling the pinch of the down economy.

All three menu additions are limited-time offers.
